13. Some people believe the range of technology available to individuals today is increasing the gap  between poor people and rich people. Others think it is having an opposite effect. Discuss these points of  view. What is your opinion?  

14. In the past 100 years, human race has achieved great progress. Nowadays, there is no certainty of  the case. In which areas do you think the most important progress is being made? In which areas do you  think there is more need to make progress?
